1. Platform Overview

WasilaConnect is an online marketplace that connects property owners, buyers, investors, and service providers.

WasilaConnect:

  • Does not act as a real estate broker, agent, escrow company, or lender
  • Does not participate in negotiations, contracts, or transactions
  • Provides tools for users to connect and communicate directly

2. No Brokerage or Agency Relationship

WasilaConnect is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not represent buyers or sellers.

All transactions are conducted directly between users.
Users are responsible for engaging licensed professionals (such as title companies, attorneys, or agents) where required.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Conduct your own due diligence before entering any transaction
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Use the platform for lawful purposes only

WasilaConnect is not responsible for:

  • Property condition
  • Accuracy of listings

Actions of buyers, sellers, or vendors

4. Listings and Content

Users are solely responsible for the content they post, including property listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.

WasilaConnect does not verify all listings and does not guarantee:

  • Accuracy
  • Completeness
  • Availability

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies.

5. Transactions and Closing

All transactions initiated through WasilaConnect are completed outside the platform.

Closings must be handled through:

  • Licensed title companies
  • Escrow providers
  • Attorneys or other regulated professionals

WasilaConnect does not:

  • Hold funds
  • Facilitate escrow
  • Process payments

6. Vendor and Service Providers

WasilaConnect may allow users to connect with vendors such as:

  • Contractors
  • Inspectors
  • Lenders
  • Title companies

WasilaConnect does not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for services provided by third parties.

7. No Investment Advice

Information shared on the platform is for general informational purposes only.

WasilaConnect does not provide:

  • Investment advice
  • Financial advice
  • Legal advice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WasilaConnect shall not be liable for:

  • Misrepresentation by users

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WasilaConnect from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from:

If users violate these Terms.
